What does it mean “To Serve”.  

The words define the mission of the police, which is to “serve” citizens through valuing, trusting, and respecting every person they come in contact with. A commitment made by every police officer in service.  

Dale Swift is no ordinary cop. He’s a Neighbourhood Community Police Officer who’s changing the game and has one main goal in his job….to make a positive impact to the people he serves in our great City.
