15 years in the Homicide Unit gave him the greatest opportunities one can have as a police officer. Entrusted to investigate the death of another human. Something Stacy understood was an honour to be responsible for.

In addition, managing the Major Case Management Unit, the Cold Case Unit and being given the task of creating the Missing Persons Unit and the Forensic Video Analysis Unit have all been accomplishments he is extremely proud of.
