Meet Phil D – with over two decades in policing, and over a decade of experience as both an Undercover Operative and Handler, being an expert in Close Quarter Combat Sambo was essential to his livelihood. A founding member of the nations first Guns and Gangs squad, Phil D knows how to be cool, in the midst of flames.
